Tahlia Edgar-Chalker is a New York–based producer working across advocacy and campaign-driven digital media, video journalism, live events, and narrative film. She graduated cum laude from Tulane University with degrees in Digital Media Production and International Development, where she produced and directed award-winning short films focused on film as a tool for social change.
She is currently a Producer at the Human Rights Foundation, where she leads multimedia initiatives across international conferences, digital campaigns, podcasts, and social-first series. Her work spans full-cycle production, from development and budgeting through filming, post-production, and distribution. She manages external production teams, oversees large-scale event film and video, and shapes editorial strategy for platform-native storytelling.
Her films and video campaigns have been recognized by major awards programs, including the Anthem Awards, New York Movie Awards, and IndieX Film Fest. Advocacy films she produced have been used in United Nations communications to elevate international attention on human rights cases and have been widely shared by activists to support their advocacy efforts.
